Throughout history there have not been that many artists whose last names started with the letter ‘Y’. There are even fewer who and provide a source of public domain paintings for everyone to freely enjoy.
I hope that I can profile share more famous Y artists as time goes on. For now, we have a wonderful Chinese artist who is most well-known for his charming depictions of gibbons and monkeys and a Japanese artist known for his use of bright colors.
